Midsole:Castor bean oil based MIZUNO ENERZY LITE for a plush sensation. Bio-based MIZUNO ENERZY (FOAM) delivers a soft and resilient ride, working with other midsole materials for a unique underfoot experience.

Outsole:G3 Outsole provides superior grip with less weight. G3-DR provides added durability in key contact points.
